Depending on the day's availability, you will receive one of these great steaks:
London Broil - The perfect “in-law” cut, great for making an impression without breaking the bank. Get it trimmed and tied for a classic roast beef to slice thin, or cut into steaks so you can show off your skills on the grill.
Soft Side - The London Broil’s sidecar, this one’s a real ride or die. Cook it the same way you would an LB or don’t cook it at all! Mince her up real fine with some capers, a squeeze of lemon, and a drizzle of high-quality olive oil for our favorite tartar.
Tip Steak - Though this steak comes off as a bit of a tough customer, if you’re willing to dig a little deeper you’ll see that it’s so much more. It has a tendon that runs through the center that you’ll most likely want to eat around but seeing this bad boy’s inner beauty is worth the effort.
Ranch - Sometimes known as the shoulder clod, this cut is lean, tender, and EZ-PZ. It comes from the beef chuck, it’s simple and straightforward and that ain’t a bad thing.
