Tart Vinegar is a small batch traditional double-fermented vinegar made from 100 percent organic ingredients. Each batch is tasted as they ferment to determine the prime bottling point while monitoring the ph and acid levels. 

Tart Vinegar is made with a natural and nurturing "mother," so if one appears in the bottle, you can filter and discard her and continue to use or let her be. She comes in peace and means you no harm.
