Tart, Rose Vinegar

These rose petals are organically grown by Parvathi Menon and her wonderful team on a 10 acre farm heaving with an abundance of bananas, limes, avocados, and rain-fed turmeric in northern Tamil Nadu. Excellent with soda water. This vinegar has a low acidity and is a great option for those who might want to try drinking vinegar and need a softer option. This vinegar is raw and alive and will grow another mother if left open.
